Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

  • FREE SHIPPING to CANADA with any purchase of $300 or more.
  • Your parcel can take 7-10 business days to arrive and at times longer.
  • For faster delivery, you may choose the EXPEDITED option for $25. 
  • For any purchase of $299 and less, the shipping fees are $20.
  • All orders are treated as soon as possible.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.​ ​

 

    ​   OUT OF STOCK ITEMS  

    • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed with your order.​ We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

     

      ​   TRACKING   

      • When your order is sent, we will send you an email confirming your shipment and your tracking number.

       

        ​   FREE SAMPLES  

        • You will at times receive free samples with your orders 💕

         

          ​   RETURNS  

          • All online sales are final sales, thank you for your understanding.

           

            ​   REFUSED PARCELS  

            • A $20 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. If you forgot to confirm your apartment number on your shipping address and your parcel is sent back to us, we will require you to pay a 20$ shipping fee by e-transfer to send you back your package.

                ​   ALLERGIC REACTIONS  

                • We understand that sometimes certain products and ingredients may not agree with all skin types.
                • All allergic reactions must be reported within the first 72 hours of use with photos to prove skin reaction.
                • We may request a doctor's note and we will request photos of the skin reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.
                • It is not advised to use multiple skincare brands at the same time because mixing different products, different brands together might increase risk of a skin reaction.
